• All avatars/assets are copyright protected. No redistribution, file sharing, or uploading publicly.

• Avatars must be purchased by the buyer or gifted. When gifted, the recipient's information must be their Email, Discord + User id, and Vrchat profile link.

• Do not rip assets from avatars. Purchase assets from the original creator.

• Purchased avatars must be uploaded privately, including free/Nitro avatars.

• Editing is allowed by the purchaser. Others may not edit without direct permission via discord. If editing, credit me the original creator.

• No price splitting for a single avatar. Price splitting is allowed for couple packages if both parties' information is included.

• Outside-VRChat use requires permission via discord.

Breaking of my TOS/EULA will result in a revoke of users Purchase & Licensing, Ban from Store and Discord.
